We maintain an open, collaborative studio atmosphere, and feel this is paramount to successful project, program, and client outcomes. We don’t have bosses quarantined in offices, which generally allows us to be “all hands on deck” all the time.
We conduct weekly studio and workload meetings to track milestone deliverables and upcoming reviews. With most of our clients, we hold weekly meetings to review the current projects in proposal, design, permitting, bidding and construction phases. We maintain milestone client and individual project schedules, to ensure our workflow evolves around shifting client needs and deadlines, while upholding quality control.
Ai utilizes the most current industry standard platforms for design and contract management - including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion rendering software, for our more finalized rendering and fly-by presentations. These tools allow us a lot of flexibility across different client types and needs, and allows us to adapt quickly for best results. In our studio, we even remember how to sketch!
Most of us have worked with national, multi-contract program types, and understand the challenges dealing with different municipalities regionally and nationally can present from time to time. We know what it takes to get in front of the right people and ask the right questions to try and spearhead the processes and get the answers we need. We currently hold licensing in the states of AR, CO, GA, KS, IL, MO, NM, OK, and TX; with new licenses added quickly as the need arises.
